Sky Watch--Resurrection Bay

After saying goodbye to the whales (see previous post)  at Cape Resurrection,  we headed back to Seward.  Some of the gulls followed us, perhaps thinking we were a fishing boat and would throw some chum their way.

Find more views of the sky at Skywatch Friday, hosted for us by Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and Sylvia.

It would have been hard to leave the whales. Yet nice to have an escort. Great shot!

I do hope you'll put the canyon on your travel list. I'd love to meet you and show around.
