Wonderful - Not only had I never seen a baby hummer, I hadn't thought about how they would get fed. Great series of photos.

Aren't they sooo cute! I could feel you are so close to them, getting these great close ups. Great captions, too!

Thanks for the names of the flowers. I didn't get the time to do my research. We had so much fun at CP Nat Park, and the goldfields really made the fields so gold! I will post more photos of the area.

Great series of photos documenting the feeding of the fledgling Anna's Hummer Martha! I wonder if she had one or two chicks?

I have begun seeing female Anna's back at my feeders but I haven't seen any chicks yet. I'm afraid it is getting really cold again here as it probably is down in Lincoln too. I hope they make it through this cold spell.

What a marvelous shots. Amazing that you had time to take those shots while mum & kid had a wonderful time together.

Oh, just precious. Hummingbirds are so sweet. We used to have one visiting our yard for months, now we don't see him anymore. I always looked forward to his visit.
