Bodie Sky

Clear skies a few weeks ago when we went to Bodie State Historic Park. On our way home, clouds started to build.
Home is on the left slope of the tall double peak in the center, Dunderberg Peak. This meadow is filled with iris but the blue doesn't show up well.

Beautiful skies. I enjoy reading your blog and learning about new places to visit in your state. Can't hardly wait until we move back to Arizona, so hubby and I can start making those trips again.

Interesting camera angle in the first one and I like the scenic view in the second one. I don't recall ever seeing irises growing in the wild, must be lovely to walk around there.

Hi Martha, I have always enjoyed your photos. Skies over there are so blue and beautiful. Great angle shot of the first pic.
This is my main blog.

Really liked the wheel and sky pic, Martha. Hope you're hiking again in Washington.
