Reach, praising heaven
giver of rain, giving warmth
blossoms reach for sky
See more skies at Skywatch Friday, hosted for us by Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy, and Sylvia.
Martha -- you alread know how much we love Joshua Tree and this desert area in CA. Beautiful pictures; thanks for sharing. I was sad that we didn't get to see the desert bloom this time through; the ocotillia looks like it is about to burst out any minute.
Absolutely gorgeous!! Fantastic shots, Martha! And such vivid blue skies!! Isn't it wonderful to see them -- well, you've probably had considerably more than we have here, but we do have them today and it is wonderful! Hope you have a lovely weekend!Sylvia
Those deep blue skies almost make me homesick. Must have had some rain for the ocotillo to bloom. Love Joshua Tree and Anza-Berego.
How delightful to see the white desert flowers! Great blue sky on your trip!

Your sky is so blue and the plant looks so in need of a good downpour of rain which is not going to happen soon. Nice shots.
