Caught napping in Moro Bay

Watery Wednesday
On our recent camping trip we spotted this sea otter napping in Moro Bay yacht harbor.

These birds were also napping, I think they are western grebes. It's hard to tell the way their head is tucked in.
It was a great trip so if you like wild flowers, birds and spectacular scenery, check back often.

I love it when animals sleep. They are so sweet looking don't you think? Like my cats or dogs ... it always makes me go 'awww'. Nice Watery Wednesday shots Martha : )

Otters are really quite high on my list of favorite animals. Have you been to yet? I go there when I need my otter fix :)
