This is not a meme I usually participate in but I didn't know a better place for
these lovely harbingers of spring I found last week in my garden.
Now, I don't want to make you feel bad, those of you still dealing with winter snows. Infact, here in California the rain clouds have returned.

That's the loveliest mellow yellow post I've seen! I don't do that meme much either, but I did some daffodils last month, only they were the supermarket kind. Still,they made me feel so good, as if spring were on its way (we were still in gray Oregon). But now you have the real thing in your own garden And a meadowlark. Wow. How beautiful both pictures are. Thanks for sharing.

Yellow is such a sunny happy color. The bird and flower do look like signs of spring!
Right now I am watching the snow falls expecting to have another 12 -15 inches of snow. The picture refreshes my brain LOL! Thanks for sharing!

When I see daffodils I don't think spring is around the corner but actually here! :) How nice to see the flowers and meadow lark!
Like you, we do not have snow...just rain which we really need, so I am not complaining :^) The bright yellow of the meadowlark is just beautiful.

That is a magnificent photo of the Meadow Lark! I have never seen one for myself. It is just gorgeous! The jonquils/daffodils are a welcome sight, too. Hopefully your rains will be gentle, so the blooms can stay a good long while.
